Smiley's vacation home on Lake Millstatt is located directly on the idyllic southern shore, with a private jetty, its own garden and plenty of space for shared vacation moments. Lake Millstätter See is one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in Carinthia and boasts drinking water quality, clear water and a dreamlike backdrop of alpine peaks and the gentle Nockberge mountains. Three sleeping areas, a spacious living area with a lakeside terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of open space make the vacation home the perfect family oasis by the lake.
A special highlight is the cozy witch's house with Swiss stone pine sauna - perfect for relaxing after a day of swimming, a hike or an excursion in the region with the Regions Card.

Located directly on the beach, the vacation home has a terrace with mountain views, 3 bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher and 2 bathrooms with shower. Free parking is available directly at the Seehaus.

Spring starts particularly early at Smileys Seehaus thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the sheltered location on Lake Millstatt. The golf course, tennis courts and cycling and hiking trails open in spring. Sunny skiing in March and April combines the best aspects of both sports: explore the slopes in the morning and cycle along the sunny lakeside terraces in the afternoon.
